Are there any setup fees?
No. There are zero setup fees, zero onboarding fees, and no hidden costs. You pay only for the pricing model you choose.
Can I pass the fees along to guests?
With the 2% per-transaction plan, yes — both the credit card processing fees and platform fees can be passed along to the guest at checkout. This is what all of our current clients on this plan do. The $4/spot plan does not support fee pass-through.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
Both plans require a 1-year contract. This allows us to provide the best service and pricing for your park.
Do both plans include all features?
Yes. There's no feature gating. Both pricing options include the full platform — reservations, AI tools, POS, CRM, marketing, reporting, and everything else.
